Artkrittique gift cards, exclusively for use on the site, is available in 3 values: ₹500, ₹1000 and ₹2000. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout and can only be redeemed online at www.artkrittique.com. They cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. You can purchase them here.
If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. Gift Cards will expire after 12 months from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards.
Gift Card number is confidential. In the event of any misuse of Gift Card or the to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, Artkrittique shall not be responsible for the same and no refund can be issued.
Validity of Gift Cards cannot be extended, new Gift Cards cannot be provided against the expired/unused ones.
There is no fee or other charges associated with Gift Card purchase.

Products
All artworks displayed on this website have been created by hand, using a mix of digital and traditional mediums. Each print is then digitally reproduced.
We use 100% recycled, 300 gsm pure white paper.
We understand that getting an artwork framed can be a pain, which is why we offer an option of ordering ready-made framed artwork. Each frame comes with a 2cm thick beading and is available in three different colours. We use acrylic finish as opposed to glass, to ensure safe shipping and overall longevity of your frame. This also helps minimise exposure to humidity, cigarette smoke and atmospheric contaminants.

Our mounted babies are strong and need very little care.
However, our art prints are delicate. Avoid touching the print surface with bare hands as the moisture and oil from your skin can affect print quality. To avoid damage, hold prints by the edge. Be careful not to scuff/scratch or bend the artwork. You can also store the prints in the box they come in. Protect them from airborne contaminants, extreme light and high temperatures. Avoid placing prints in bright sunlight, as direct sunlight can often lead to discoloration. Don’t display prints outdoors.
Shipping

Shipping is FREE in India on all orders over INR 599. A shipping fees of INR 50 is applicable on orders below the same. 🎉
An order once delivered cannot be returned for refund. However, in case of a damaged or wrongly delivered item we’ll gladly replace it with a new one. Please retain the original packaging materials including the invoice to get a replacement.
You can cancel your order any time within 24 hours of order placement. You can drop a mail at hello@artkrittique.com with your order number and we'll cancel it right away. After this time period all sales are final.

Each order is hand checked and packed with utmost care, with locally sourced material. Your prints (framed or unframed) come in a custom made box to ensure safety and protection against the elements during its shipping journey.
We dispatch orders within 5-7 working days, and once shipped, your order should reach you in another 3-6 days. Delivery time is subject to change based on the shipping address, time-of-year, and other factors. For more details on shipping, visit here.
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed within 7- 10 working days.
Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
If you live in a gated community / apartment complex, please check at your gate or with your security as due to restrictions, the courier partners often leave the parcels there.
In case you haven’t received your order, Please drop us a mail at hello@artkrittique.com within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service.
Please note : We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs.
Our courier partner will make an attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS when delivering the order. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package.
The courier partner will make a total of three attempts to deliver your order. After the third attempt, the parcel will be returned to us.
Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, we will automatically cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be refunded via your original mode of payment.
