📦 Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
- Art Prints: Fine art prints are printed on demand to ensure archival quality. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and handling before your order ships.
- Calendars, Magnets & Small Goods: In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Standard domestic US shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once handed to the carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment sorry :(
What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery according to their standard local procedures. If a parcel is undeliverable and returned to us, we will reach out to help arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
My tracking link shows 'Delivered,' but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
- First, check with neighbors, porch areas, or your building's mailroom/front desk.
- If you still cannot locate your parcel, please email us at hello@artkrittique.com within 24 hours of the carrier's marked delivery time so we can file an inquiry with the shipping provider. (Note: Carriers limit our ability to investigate claims reported long after delivery).
What should I do if I received only part of my order?
Prints and handmade goods sometimes ship in separate packaging to protect fragile artwork. If an item is missing from your shipment, please email hello@artkrittique.com within 10 days of receiving your package with your order number and photos, and we will get it sorted immediately!

How are your art prints made?
All artwork is originally illustrated by Krittika using a mix of digital and traditional techniques—100% human-made without AI. Prints are produced on premium, heavy-weight archival paper with rich, fade-resistant inks to ensure vibrant colors that last.
Are the wooden magnets and small goods handmade?
Yes! Our wooden magnets and paper goods are designed in Baltimore and handcrafted with care. Small variations are a natural part of the handmade process, making every single piece unique.
Do prints come framed?
Prints are sold unframed unless explicitly stated in the listing description. They are printed in standard dimensions so you can easily find frames at local shop or online retailers.
🔄 Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because art prints are printed on demand, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@artkrittique.com with photos of the package and item, and we will gladly make it right!
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update a shipping address or cancel an order, please email us immediately. Once a print has entered production, we are unable to alter or cancel the order.
When do I get my refund for a cancelled order?
Once a cancellation or refund is issued, funds are automatically released back to your original payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.). Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your credit card company or banking institution.
